Terms & Conditions:

Mileage Charge - For outside the Sioux Falls City are there will be a $.50 per mile charge each way.

Staffing - Most of the catering we provide is drop off, however we do have buffet attendants available at $20 per hour for up to 2 attendants for larger catered events.

Payment - All prices are "per person". A minimum of 15 persons are required. All orders are subject to a service charge of 15% and SD State Sales Tax of 7%.

We accept Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

New clients are required to pay in advance or reserve with a Credit Card.

For large events, a payment of $100 is required to secure your date, 50% of the balance is due 1 week in advance, with the balance due the day of the event.

Purchase orders will be accepted with invoice terms of net 10 days. Invoices over 30 days will be charged 1.5% per month.

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change.

Ordering - We apprciate at least 48 hours notice when placing an order. You are billed for the amount of guests for whom you order (the "guaranteed mimimum"). We can add to this guest count up to 24 hours in advance.

We LOVE customers who place their orders at least a week in advance. It is to your advantage to book as far in advance as possible. Many days we fill up and are not able to take all orders. The fall and spring are especially busy times for us.

We will always try to accommodate "last minute" orders, however an additional service charge of 10% may be incurred.

Final Counts - Final counts (increases to the guaranteed minimum) will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. We will do our best to accommodate "last minute" guest additions.

Cancellations - Cancellations require a 8 day notice. Events cancelled with less than 8 days notice may incur a 25%-50% cancellation fee. This fee will be for all food costs incurred and any labor put towards the event. Payment in full is expected for cancellations on the day of the event.

Service Charge - All prices are "per person". A minimum of 15 persons are required. All orders are subject to a sales tax and a service charge of 15%.
